Today's lunchtime fun involved sending the latest White Pine Festival press release to several dozen of my close, personal friends in the journalism world. (With the 2008 festival a scant 10 weeks away, I consider any member of the press who's willing to receive e-mail from the White Pine Festival to be my close, personal friend.)
As a newspaper reporter myself, I must confess that it's a little strange doing PR work for WPF. "It's for a good cause," I tell myself, and then I get on with it. Still, it feels odd to have the shoe on the other foot.
Of course, it'd feel a whole lot stranger if I didn't have two left feet to begin with.
